If for any reason you are not satisfied with the tree you ordered, please contact our customer service team so we can work to resolve the problem. We want you to love your tree and have a trouble-free holiday season!
All returns MUST have return authorization from Santa's Forest Customer Service. If a return is required, we will issue a prepaid UPS return label to you. Any return received without our UPS return label will be refused and returned to the sender, and no refund or exchange will be given.For returns that are not due to manufacturer defects or incorrect items, a 15% restocking fee and return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
