Has my order been shipped?

Our system automatically sends an e-mail to you when your order ships. If you have not received this e-mail, please check to make sure the message was not caught by a spam filter or otherwise blocked by your e-mail provider. If your package was shipped via UPS, the shipping notification e-mail will come directly from UPS. If it was shipped via USPS, the message will come from SantasForest.com.

Tracking Your Shipment

If your order was shipped via UPS, you can use the tracking number provided in the e-mail notification to check the status of your package as it makes its way to you. USPS, however, only provides a Delivery Confirmation Number. This is not a tracking number and will not provide updates as your package makes its way to you. You can check the package status on USPS.com, but that information is only updated when we print the shipping label, and then again when the package is delivered. Rest assured that if you have received the shipping notification, your order has been shipped.

Viewing Order Details

To view the full details of your order or print a duplicate receipt, please enter your order number and the name the order was shipped to, or the order number and your e-mail address, exactly as they appear on your original receipt. If you do not have your order number, please contact us if you have any questions or need additional information.
